72% of women in Pakistan smoke cigarettes regularly: Report
Islamabad: The Pakistan Tobacco Board (PBB) recently revealed that the number of Pakistani women smoking cigarettes has increased by a staggering 72 percent. A survey shared by the Tobacco Board with the Sub-Committee on Public Accounts in the federal capital said that this increase in female smokers has raised serious concerns among medical experts about the serious health effects of the habit.
