France to impose ₹13,000 fine for smoking in public
French Health Minister Catherine Vautrin has said that smoking in public will be banned in the country from July 1. He said, "This decision has been taken keeping in mind the health of the children. Smoking in public places will result in a fine of €135 (₹13,000). These include beaches, parks, around schools, bus stops.
