Oaxaca.- As of January 17, 2025, a decree was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) that prohibits the use and commercialization of vapes in Mexico. This reform seeks to protect public health, especially for young people, and establishes a year for states to harmonize their laws in this regard.
