The State Committee for Food Safety and Consumer Protection reminds that on July 11, 2023, Law No. 1978 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Protection of Public Health from the Harmful Effects of Tobacco" comes into force in Ukraine, which tightens measures for the use of tobacco products in Ukraine. According to the law, advertising and promotion of sales of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and liquids will be prohibited in Ukraine.
