The company British American Tobacco introduced its Glo tobacco heating system. The GLO device for tobacco heating in Kiev presented a new alternative means of delivery of nicotine, designed to reduce the harm inflicted on the body of smokers-the device Glo from the company British American Tobacco. Earlier, in 2016 the first alternative to fuel cigarettes was put into the Ukrainian market by Phillip Morris International.
