Electronic cigarettes, alarm on refrigerants: "Risks for the liver, kidneys and, perhaps, lungs"

The new report from the German Institute for Risk Assessment: In e-cigarette liquids to be inhaled, synthetic refrigerants such as WS-23, WS-3 and WS-5 make the vapor more refreshing but could increase toxicity. And there is no certain data on the effects on the lungs. A new alarm bell comes from Germany on the front of electronic cigarettes.
