U.S. Supreme Court Rules Against Flavored Vape Manufacturers

The Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that the FDA (the United States Food and Drug Administration) acted lawfully in rejecting applications from two manufacturers of flavored liquids used in e-cigarettes with names such as "Jimmy the Juice Man Peachy Strawberry", "Signature Series Momâs Pistachio" and "Suicide Bunny Motherâs Milk and Cookies".
