Cigarette packs could cost between 90 and 100 pesos in 2026
If the initiative presented in the 2026 Economic Package is approved, cigarette packs in Mexico would go from costing between 70 and 80 pesos, as is customary today, to an estimated range of 90 to 100 pesos per pack of 20 cigarettes.
