A man in Novocheboksarsk fell asleep without extinguishing a cigarette. The incident occurred on Tuesday evening in a one-room apartment of house No 50 on Stroiteley Street. The tragedy was avoided thanks to the vigilance of neighbors. Smelling smoke, they called firefighters. In addition, they managed to wake up a 61-year-old neighbor who was the culprit of the fire.
