K teenage users accuse vape makers of hooking a generation into e-cigarettes as they hit 15 million worldwide

Vape manufacturers last night accused a generation of children of hooking up on e-cigarettes as the number of people worldwide who use the devices exceeded 100 million. The World Health Organization said the vapor numbers were 'alarming' – and that rates among teenagers were of particular concern. In one horrific attack, it warned manufacturers that devices meant that helping people stop smoking were actually 'at risk of hooking kids into nicotine and damaging for decades of progress'.
