The bill for high inflation in Turkey continues to be passed on to the citizens. Due to the increases in taxes, many products and services have been hiked after a hike, while the latest increase was in cigarette prices. Erol Dündar, President of the Monopoly Dealers Solidarity Association (TBYD), announced that the prices of cigarettes belonging to the JTI group were increased by 5 TL.
