U.S. e-liquid producers apply for PTMA again
According to Bloomberg, after the court ruling, the two e-liquid companies will be able to resubmit marketing applications to the FDA. On January 3, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled that the FDA had "arbitrarily and capriciously" denied the Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) for Payroll and White Lion Investments, Inc., which operates as Triton Distribution, and Vapetasia to sell their products in the United States.
