Danao City mulls prohibiting smoking in all public places CEBU CITY, Philippines — Danao City leaders are bent on making the city smoke-free as they plan to expand the scope of an existing ordinance that prohibits smoking in select areas in the city. The city council is currently reviewing its Anti-Smoking Ordinance No. 31-14 which was approved in 2014.
