According to Romanian Insider, the Romanian Chamber of Deputies passed a bill this week to ban the advertising of e-cigarettes and nicotine bags. "It is prohibited to explicitly advertise tobacco products, e-cigarettes (including e-cigarette types), tobacco substitute products intended for inhalation but not burning, electronic devices used to heat tobacco, tobacco substitute products intended for inhalation but not burning, and oral nicotine pouches (pouches) played on radio and television programs and public transport tickets," the bill states.
