In light of the worsening crises in Lebanon, the issue of smoking has resurfaced through a new study entitled: "The Economic Feasibility Study for Investment in Tobacco Control in Lebanon", launched by the Ministry of Public Health in cooperation with the World Health Organization and supported by Bloomberg Public Health, highlighting the enormous health and financial burdens resulting from tobacco consumption in the country.
