A Derbyshire council used CCTV footage to trace a resident after they dropped a cigarette butt on a public footpath. In total, two Derbyshire residents have landed themselves in hot water after being spotted throwing a cigarette butt on the floor, prompting North East Derbyshire District Council to remind locals of its "zero-tolerance" policy on littering.
