On September 21, 2022, a Sûreté du Québec officer at the Vaudreuil-Dorion highway crossing stopped Rahsontanohstha Delormier's vehicle for an offence under the Highway Safety Code. During the intervention, the police officer noticed a strong smell of tobacco emanating from the individual's truck, as well as a load of cardboard boxes.
