New York raises minimum smoking age from 18 to 21

Tuesday, July 16, 2019, ALBANY, New York, USA, and the U.S. U.S. New York will raise the minimum smoking age from 18 to 21, as a law signed Tuesday by the state governor. The change, which takes effect in 120 days, will apply to the sale of traditional tobacco products as well as e-cigarettes and vapers. Democratic Gov.
