The report estimates that around 100 million people worldwide use e-cigarettes, including at least 86 million (mostly living in high-income countries) and about 14.7 million adolescents aged 13~15 years. The report further added that the percentage of young people in the world who use e-cigarettes is 7.2%, which is higher than the 5.1% rate of the same group who smoke cigarettes (about 20.4 million people).
