LONDON, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) -- Regular use of e-cigarettes among young people in Britain remains low and has plateaued among adults, an independent report led by King's College London revealed Wednesday. The report is the first of three commissioned by Public Health England (PHE) under the British government's tobacco control plan for England. The findings show that while experimentation with e-cigarettes among young people has increased in recent years, regular use remains low.
