The Canton prohibits the sale of electronic cigarettes, puffs and similar products to minors
All tobacco products, including heated tobacco products, and other similar products such as e-cigarettes, puffs and other related products, nicotine or not, can no longer be sold or given to minors. The trade in these goods is now regulated by the same legal mechanism, following amendments to the Act on the Exercise of Economic Activities (LEAE). Amendments have also been made to the Advertising Procedures Act (LPR) and the Act on the Prohibition of Smoking in Public Places (LIFLP).
