The determination is regulated in the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 191 of 2022 concerning the Second Amendment to PMK Number 192 / PMK.010 / 2021 concerning Excise Rates on Tobacco Products in the Form of Cigarettes, Cigars, Leaf Cigarettes or Klobot, and Sliced Tobacco.
