Vaping Pens Continue to Be Sold in Some Stores in Mexico City Despite Constitutional Ban
Despite the fact that on January 18 the constitutional reform that prohibits the production, distribution, marketing of electronic cigarettes, vapes and other analogous electronic systems or devices such as heated tobacco came into force, some of these devices remain on sale in convenience stores or commercial chains in Mexico City.
