Algeciras (Cádiz), Jul 4 (EFE) .- The National Police has arrested three people in La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz) and has intervened almost eight thousand packs of contraband tobacco. In a note, the National Police Corps indicates that those arrested are considered the alleged perpetrators of a crime of tobacco smuggling. The detainees were discovered thanks to a discreet surveillance device in the port area of La Atunara. The agents detected a cache from a boat with the load of contraband tobacco in two vehicles that fled and were later intercepted.
