Nebraska lawmakers consider raising legal age to purchase vaping products

LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) - The Nebraska Legislature is considering raising the age to legally purchase vaping products by one year. The current age to legally purchase the products is 18. Lawmakers want to change that to 19 years. The reason for the change is that the vaping products often end up and schools and even some of the companies that produce the items don't want that to happen.
