Ms BURNET (Clark) – Deputy Speaker, in speaking to this bill on behalf of the Greens, I recognise at the outset the harmful impacts of tobacco products, including vapes, on the health of Australians and Tasmanians in particular. I have spoken to young Tasmanians who have been lured into vaping or found it very difficult to cease vaping. They have talked to me about the incredible peer pressure they have been under at social events where vaping has become so normalised.
