Laws Banning Tobacco Shops Near Schools Violated: Survey

July 29, 2019 1:31 pm Representative image GUWAHATI: According to a survey carried out by the students of 4th and 6th Semester BA LLB (H) Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University under the guidance of Consumer Legal Protection Forum, Assam from July 10, 2019 a flagrant violation of laws banning sales of tobacco products in an increasing rate near educational institutions has been reported.
