Australia to print health warnings on cigarettes : Mark Butler

Health Minister Mark Butler has vowed to make cigarettes even more unattractive in the next phase of the Albanese government's effort to cut smoking rates. Health warnings such as "poison in every puff", "toxic addiction" and "causes 16 cancers" would be printed on cigarettes in further reforms aimed at countering Big Tobacco's attempts to circumvent Australia's plain packaging laws.
