KUALA TERENGGANU, May 20 -- Although the Terengganu state government has not completely banned the sale of e-cigarettes and e-liquids, it has decided not to approve applications for renewal of sales licenses of e-cigarettes and e-liquid shops within the jurisdiction of the local government (PBT).
