The company "International Tobacco Group" (formerly "Imperial Tobacco Sales and Marketing"), which produces cigarettes under the brands Davidoff, West, Jadé, P&S and "Maxim", has changed the main founder.According to the EGRUL, the majority shareholder of the legal entity with a share of 75% was Nikolay Tyaka, a partner of the owners of the largest tobacco distributor Megapolis Igor Kesaev and Sergey Katsiev.
